Don't Neglect it!
Physical Fatigue can impact you and your startup.
Hey ,
Founders never get tired, do we?
Well, most people think this way but we know the real deal.
As a founder, we’re no stranger to long hours, intense workloads, and the physical toll it takes on our body.
Physical fatigue is a common problem that many of us face, and it can have a significant impact on us and our startup.
But is it really that big of a deal? (Yes, it is)
Okay, so now we know that it can really impact us, but what’s the solution?
Honestly, I don’t know but amazing founders and Yoga teachers have shared with me some of the best ways to help us, founders, get over it:
1) Prioritize Sleep:
Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night. Create a bedtime routine that signals your body it’s time to wind down.
2) Take Short Breaks:
Incorporate short breaks into your workday to avoid burnout. Use techniques like the Pomodoro Technique to structure your work time.
3) Stay Hydrated:
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Dehydration can exacerbate feelings of fatigue.
4) Healthy Eating:
Consume a balanced diet rich in whole foods like fruits, milk, nuts and vegetables. Avoid excessive caffeine and sugar, which can lead to energy crashes.
5) Exercise Regularly:
It must be non-negotiable. Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. Even short walks can be a good starting point.
6) Mindful Breathing:
Practice deep breathing exercises to reduce stress and increase oxygen flow. Techniques like box breathing can be done anywhere, anytime.
7) Regular Check-ins:
Schedule regular check-ins with yourself to assess your physical and mental well-being. Make adjustments as needed to your routine.

Well, it is, and that’s what makes it more valuable, as we can start implementing right away and see the effects kicking in sooner too.
